Evernote: 34 Ways to Remember Everything

Evernote is a web service and software application that allows users to collect notes and information. Basically, you can capture all sorts of digital information and store it in your Evernote files, which are automatically indexed and made searchable by title, keyword, or tag.

Basically, Evernote is the online equivalent of Microsoft’s OneNote or Mac’s Notebook. You can set up a free account with limited monthly usage or purchase a premium account for $5/month or $45/year.

Here are 34 ways to use Evernote:

  1. Keep up with your to-do lists.
  2. Download the Evernote app for your mobile device and carry it with you.
  3. Snip a web clipping.
  4. Snap an image with your camera phone.
  5. Send a tweet to your Evernote inbox.
  6. Hand write a note on a digital tablet. Evernote’s handwriting recognition interface will make your words searchable.
